GrigTasks 0.1 — 9 November 2026
The first GrigTasks release is planned for 9 November 2026. Release preparation is in progress. Installation packages and verified instructions will be published with the release.
Release scope
A standalone server with PostgreSQL, an API and a web interface. One installation serves one team with multiple projects.
- Tasks: list, kanban, search, filters, due dates and priorities.
- Task details: Markdown descriptions, participants, tags, checklists, discussions, history and files.
- Workflows: configurable stages, allowed transitions and result acceptance.
- Access: email invitations, roles, project access and individual permissions.
- Poor connectivity: a local action journal, server confirmations and conflict resolution.
- Installation: full or API-only distribution, a CLI, separate mail service and backups.
- A separate driver for connecting to GrigDesk.
The product’s own code is licensed under MIT. License terms and third-party notices are included in the release.
What you can try here
The sample board follows the current interface structure: navigation, search, filters, list and kanban. You can create a task, open its details, update the checklist and take it through to acceptance.
The demo keeps data in page memory. It does not connect to a server, send invitations or upload files. Reloading restores the initial data.
Documentation versions
Use the controls above each article to select language and version independently. “Latest” changes alongside the product. Version 0.1 contains saved documentation prepared for the first release; it does not mean that the release has been published. Article URLs retain their language and version.
Outside the first release
- A multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Sprints, CRM, payroll and time tracking.
- A native mobile app.
- Two-way synchronization with Jira or Bitrix24.
- Analytics widgets and attachments through the GrigDesk driver.
