Your team. Your tracker.
GrigTasks is an independent, open-source task tracker designed to run on your own server. It brings projects, tasks, discussions and acceptance into one workspace.
The first release, 0.1, is planned for 9 November 2026. Release preparation is in progress. This documentation describes the current interface and implemented capabilities. Interactive examples use sample data, make no server requests and reset when you reload the page.
The working process
- The owner creates a team and its first project.
- Colleagues join through email invitations and receive project access.
- Members create tasks, discuss solutions and attach working materials.
- An assignee explicitly starts work, then submits the result for review.
- A member with review permission accepts the result or requests changes.
Try the process on the sample board.
